I adore retreats that feel like home.
This isn’t a retreat centre. It’s a private villa on Koh Phangan, ours for the week. Two villas joined together, a gorgeous jungle shala outside where we gather for ceremony, a long communal dining table where we come together for meals, talk & laugh like family. No other guests, no one else’s schedule. Just the jungle & a room of women.

Koh Phangan has a way of stripping you back. Jaw-dropping sunsets, orange, pink & purple skies that look psychedelic. Coconuts, ocean swims, jungle nights. And we’re in the heart of its conscious community: a unique hub of spiritual events & community from all over the world. People here live wild & free, & it rubs off.

For the past 7 years she has guided women through potent death & rebirth portals, helping them shed the identities they’re outgrowing, reconnect to the truth of who they are & step powerfully into their next chapter.
She’s not afraid to go to the gnarliest depths of shame, grief & rage, yet her gift is bringing play & lightness right alongside it.
Through a blend of identity psychology, breathwork, feminine embodiment, Kundalini energy work & psychosomatic sexuality, Kady’s magic lies in the magnetism, passion & fire she brings to facilitation.
